So to catch up, I bought this LWB beddie yesterday. The paintwork is blotchy and faded, so tonight I tested some cutting paste on half the bonnet. Looks like everything will be OK.

Here's the story. There is a bit of work to get the tranny fixed up, so I looked around for a Long Wheel Base Bedford as an alternative project. The bottom line is the van I get needs to be on the road within a few weeks.

The dirty tranny begins

This tired old long wheel Base Transit Van has an interesting story which hopefully will get more interesting frome now on.
This blog is primarily to record the progress of the repair and rebuilding of the bus as well as providing a landign spot for pics from the phone.
